Open Fire Ban in Prague!

In reaction to a warning of a risk of fire declared by the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute, a temporary ban has been called on open fires across Prague and high risk areas from Sunday 30th June 2019. It is forbidden to make open fires, smoke, throw away stubs or burning objects, make fireworks, and lit lanterns especially in forests, parks, forest parks, gardens, and hay sheds.

When the ban is called off, the information will be published on the official notice board of the Prague City Hall, which is also where you can look for detailed information, including the regulations associated with the ban.
