This article was written by the Czech AIDS Help Society (\u010cSAP) as part of a project offering free and anonymous testing for HIV and other sexually transmitted infections to foreigners and residents of the Czech Republic. The project is supported by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. <\/em>\u010cSAP has long been committed to HIV\/AIDS prevention, support, and education and operates a network of counselling and testing centres across the country.<\/em><\/p>\n

In this article, you will learn why regular testing is important, how the testing process works, who it is intended for, and the practical benefits it provides \u2013 including detailed information about infections, counselling options, and support in the form of food and hygiene packages.<\/em><\/p>\n

Your health deserves attention and care. Regular testing for HIV, syphilis, and viral hepatitis B and C is a safe and responsible step that can help <\/span>detect hidden problems early<\/b>. Testing is <\/span>completely free, anonymous<\/b> and conducted in a confidential setting. We\u2019re here for everyone \u2013 including those who have recently moved to the Czech Republic or have been granted temporary protection.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our goal is to <\/span>protect the health of individuals and the wider community<\/b>. That is\u00a0 why this project is carried out in cooperation with the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic.
