Business corporations are <strong>commercial companies<\/strong> and <strong>cooperatives<\/strong> (which are divided into cooperatives and the European Cooperative Society). Commercial companies are:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"bullet\">\n<li>Unlimited partnership<\/li>\n<li>Limited partnership company<\/li>\n<li>Limited liability company<\/li>\n<li>Joint stock company<\/li>\n<li>European company<\/li>\n<li>European Economic Interest Grouping<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All companies and cooperatives must be registered in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.obchodnirejstrik.cz\">Commercial Register<\/a>. A company does not acquire legal personality until it is registered.
