Come to the Trade Fair Palace of the National Gallery in Prague to see a unique retrospective exhibition of one of the most prominent artists of the 20th century. The exhibition which includes more than 170 pieces – sculptures, paintings, and drawings – has been prepared by the National Gallery in cooperation with the Paris-based Fondation Giacometti. The exhibition shows Giacometti’s artistic development and presents the famous elongated figures expressing fragility and existential urgency as well as other artworks which are no less interesting. What makes this exhibition so unique is that the artworks are exhibited together for the first time ever. It includes iconic pieces such as Woman of Venice, which has been exhibited only three times since 1966.
