MoreThis year’s intercultural festival RefuFest has been moved from spring to the Indian summer. It will take place on the last Friday and Saturday in September. On Friday 27th September, there will be a non-public programme for schools. On Saturday 28th September, you may look forward to unrepeatable concerts, accompanying programme, and diversity of life that – as the RefuFest organisers say – will blow your mind. All this will take place at the unique area of the recently re-opened Prague Invalidovna.
RefuFest enables people from all around the world to meet and to express solidarity with refugees. Through music, dance, theatre and diverse experiences, RefuFest offers its guests an opportunity to get to know other cultures. The purpose of RefuFest is to show that Prague is a cosmopolitan centre where people of different religions, nationalities and cultures live together. The festival provides its visitors an opportunity to go beyond the borders of stereotypes in the society and to fully enjoy what diversity can offer.
For more information, see the website of RefuFest and their Facebook.
