Neighbours, Let’s Meet at the Parukářka Park

The visitors of the event can choose from a wide variety of cultural activities, musical, dance, and other performances. There will be a concert of Pragasón together with an opportunity to learn Salsa steps. You can also look forward to a presentation of African dances which you will be able to dance yourself, a magic and juggling performance, wushu performance and a wushu workshop, and a parade with a Chinese dragon with which you can take a picture.

Children can enjoy educational and fun games during which they will learn about customs, traditions, and other information from Prague 3 as well as other countries. There will also be a competition for prizes, face painting, a baloon workshop, a juggling workshop, an inflatable castle, and more.

During the day, there will be presentations of NGOs working with foreigners and a cooking show. The event is also an opportunity to taste various exotic delicacies and beverages from different places of the world – Russia, Africa, China, and other countries.

The event is held as a part of the Prague 3 – Living Together 2019 project of the Prague 3 Municipal District which is co-financed by the Ministry of the Interior of the CR and the Prague City Hall through the Support for Integration Activities for Foreigners in Prague for 2019 programme.
