How to identify danger? How to reduce risks? How to find help? People fleeing war get more vulnerable which makes them target of criminals. They are at risk of falling into labour or sexual exploitation. The risk affects everyone, regardless of their social status, education, age or gender. That is why the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) has prepared advice on how to avoid it and BE SAFE.
