A new video by META: When and how to use the support of pedagogical-psychological counselling centres and special pedagogical centres

Life in a new country brings many questions – especially when it comes to children’s education. In the Czech Republic, pedagogical-psychological counselling centers (PPP) and special education centres (SPC) provide support to children, parents, and schools.

The META organisation has created a new informational video that clearly explains:

  • What PPPs and SPCs are
  • When and why you can contact them
  • What the examination process looks like
  • What kinds of support measures children can receive
  • Why recommendations from the counselling centre are important for individual support at school

Watch the video on YouTube.

Subtitles are available in Czech, English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Vietnamese – just switch them on in the video settings (the cogwheel icon).
