MoreInBaze is opening new intercultural clubs for children and young people. The clubs are intended for children and young people of a migrant origin and their Czech friends. These clubs give children an opportunity to spend their free time actively, to meet new friends, and to practice Czech in an informal environment. Everyone is welcome regardless their nationality, religious beliefs, or skin colour. The communication language is Czech, however, it’s not necessary to speak it perfectly to be able to join in. The clubs are free of charge.
The new clubs are the following:
A club for young people aged 11 to 18 which takes place on Mondays from 4:45 to 6:15 p.m. (Husitská community centre, Prague 3).
A club for children aged 5 to 11 which takes place on Thursdays from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. (Kotlaska community centre, Prague 8).
A club for children aged 5 to 11 focused on practising Czech (day and time to be specified in January (Prague 4).
Apart from regular activies, InBaze also organises workshops, trips, camps, etc.
The application form is available here.
