MoreFrom Monday, March 16, until further notice, the Prague City Hall is operating in restricted mode including agencies for the public. Office hours are changing for most of government‘s buildings. New Town Hall and New Office Building are closed for public.
Service of the offices for the public is limited to the counters on the ground floor of the building, public can entrance the building only from Jungmannova Street (no passage from Charvátova Street).
Office hours: only on Wednesdays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Mail room: daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Cash desk: at counter 10 daily from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Workplace: Business Center Vyšehrad, Prague 4 – Na Pankráci 1685 / 17,19 – limited number of counters
Opening hours: Monday – Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 11:00 am
Opening hours: Mondays and Wednesdays – shortened to 4:00 pm, other days with no changes

The Student Legal Counseling Center and Housing Information Center are closed.
