The Integration Centre Prague has prepared several workshops in English for February, aimed at people living in the Czech Republic. The workshops focus on practical aspects of everyday life, skills development, and care for both body and mind.
One of the workshops is Living in Czechia: Intercultural Skills Workshop, which focuses on developing intercultural skills and gaining a better understanding of everyday situations in the Czech context. The workshop offers space to reflect on how cultural differences influence communication, mutual expectations, and relationships between people. Participants will be introduced to practical examples from everyday life in the Czech Republic and will have the opportunity to share their own experience. The workshop will take place on 12th February 2026 from 6 to 7 p.m., in person at the Integration Centre Prague, Žitná 51, Prague 1.
Another February activity is Yoga in English, an online session focused on gentle stretching, relaxation, and supporting mental well-being. The session is open to everyone, regardless of prior experience with yoga, and will take place on 17th February 2026 from 6 p.m., in English.
The programme also includes the practical workshop Need to File a Tax Return in the Czech Republic?, which helps participants navigate the basic obligations related to filing a tax return in the Czech Republic. Participants will gain an overview of who is required to file a tax return, how to proceed, and what to watch out for. The workshop will take place online on 10th February 2026 from 6 p.m. and will be conducted in English.
More information about the individual workshops, including registration details, can be found on the Integration Centre Prague website.
