MoreFrom January 2025, you can apply for job seeker registration and unemployment benefits online through the Jenda client zone. This service allows you to submit your application from home – no need to visit the office in person!
To use the service, you need an electronic identity (citizen’s identity). If you don’t have one yet, you can set it up at www.identitaobcana.cz. Once logged into the Jenda client zone at jenda.mpsv.cz, you can complete the forms and upload the required documents.
The Labour Office of the Czech Republic has prepared detailed guides and instruction videos in Czech and Ukrainian to help you through the whole process. These materials are available on the Labour Office website. Up-to-date information and news for Ukrainian clients are also regularly posted on the official Labour Office Telegram channel.
