The Radiant Vietnam 2026 Festival will showcase Vietnamese culture through the eyes of the younger generation

From 26 to 28 June 2026, the Radiant Vietnam 2026 festival will take place at the Zahrada Community Centre in Prague. The three-day cultural programme will focus on contemporary Vietnamese culture, art, and intercultural dialogue.

The festival is organised by MOVA Land in collaboration with the international project Toucher Arts. The event aims to present Vietnam from a new perspective – through the eyes of the younger generation of Vietnamese people living both in Vietnam and abroad. The programme is intended not only for the Vietnamese community, but also for the wider Czech public and anyone interested in cultural diversity and contemporary art.

Visitors can look forward to:

  • Concerts featuring traditional and contemporary Vietnamese music
  • Screenings of short documentary films by young filmmakers
  • Cultural and craft workshops
  • An exhibition of works by young Vietnamese artists
  • Food stalls offering traditional Vietnamese cuisine
  • A parade of traditional costumes and meetings with filmmakers and artists

The festival will also feature the international project “Viet Culture in Motion”, which brings together young filmmakers from various countries and presents authentic stories about Vietnamese identity, traditions, and modern life.

The organisers aim to promote intercultural understanding, break down stereotypes, and create a space where Czech and Vietnamese communities can connect through culture and art.

The festival is open to the general public.
