The Democratic Education Centre creates a space where people can meet and engage in a dialogue. The Centre organises educational events as well as regular activities for children and their parents, young people and the public.
In 2019, there will be brand new activities and events by which the Centre wants to encourage foreigners who live in the CR to share information and personal experience. The Centre has a playroom for parents and their children and a community centre where children can get help with their studies and meet their friends in an afterschool club for schoolchildren led by an international lecturer. A new thing is a women’s group which aims at connecting Czech women with women from abroad and enable them to study together. You may also look forward to senior cafés and intergenerational meetings of seniors and families with children.
The events calendar is available on Facebook of the Democratic Education Centre.
