This month, the Integration Centre Prague (ICP) has again prepared several interesting events for you to meet new people, expose yourself to Czech or learn something about Czech nature and history. At the end of April, you can join the ICP for a trip to the Karlštejn castle and dive into Czech history. Are books your thing? Take part in the Czech literature workshop and see what Czechs usually remember from school! You will have a chance to practice Czech and to get acquainted with Czech authors and works you can find in school reading books and textbooks.
The full April programme is available on the website of the Integration Centre Prague.
ICP also brings a film experience tip
Once a month, the Some like it Czech project presents one Czech film with English subtitles (not only) for foreigners. Refined elegance of bygone times, dry humour, British charm, and a lot of Czech sayings: that is what SATURNIN is like, a film about a peculiar but charming servant who likes to make fun of his master and people around him, based on a popular book by Zdeněk Jirotka. The screening will take place at the Kino Aero cinema on Wednesday 12th April from 8:15 p.m. More information is available HERE.
