MoreThe Prague 8 City District and Ládví Cultural Centre would like to invite you to the 3rd edition of Hear, See, Taste the World, a festival for the whole family. Join us for discovering the world that will lie at your feet right in front of the Ládví Cultural Centre. Do not miss a unique opportunity to taste delicious specialties from countries all around the world available as a part of the Street Food Festival, while listening to the tones of exotic music. There will be original bands and musicians playing for you: the distinctive Camões House Band with hot Portuguese rhythms, Pragasón who will bring a bit of sunlit Cuba to Prague 8, and Bijou Camara, energetic African singer and dancer and the highlight of the day. You can also look forward to The Rocket Dogz, Joyful, DJ Gruu and more.
On top of that, there will be a diverse accompanying programme for families with children: henna painting, Bollywood dance workshop, interactive singing workshop, games from all over the world, as well as unconventional street Živa Poppy Theatre. A special programme has been prepared by students of the Meridian International School Prague, who will present the individual countries.
The event takes place on 31st May from 12 noon to 10 p.m. in front of the Ládví Cultural Centre, right at the metro C station.
