We know that it is not always easy to start a new life in a new country. Adaptation/integration courses for migrants represent a helpful first step in a newcomer’s life in the Czech Republic. If you have come to the CR to live here on a long-term basis, you will receive a great deal of practical information about Czech society.

There is nothing to worry about even if you do not speak Czech. Courses are conducted in Czech with professional interpreting into English, Russian, Ukrainian, Vietnamese, French, Spanish, Mongolian or Arabic.

Basic information about the responsibilities connected with residence in the CR, including the residence legislation, and especially: Visas, long-term residence permit, permanent residence, citizenship.  These courses are provided to participants free of charge. They are financed by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic and carried out by the Slovo 21, z. s. NGO. The lecturers are legal and social experts and people with practical experience who have been working in the field of migration for several years. The courses will provide you with official and trustworthy information.
