The Jewish Community of Prague and the Jerusalem Synagogue have prepared an exhibition of an Iranian photographer Hasan Sarbakhshian called Jewish Life in Iran. The exhibition is open in the Jerusalem Synagogue (Jeruzalémská 7, Prague 1) every day until 15th September except Saturdays and Jewish holidays. This unique exposition maps the daily life of Jewish communities in Iran. The author of the photos is a prominent photographer, documentarist, producer, and editor. He comes from Iran and now lives in Prague. Some of Sarbakhshian’s photos depicting various themes have been published in leading world media. Sarbakhshian has received a number of awards for his work.
