The Organization for Aid to Refugees (OPU) has launched a new mobile app, VolEver, that helps connect volunteers with people seeking support with their integration in Czechia.
The app was developed as part of the international Volunteers Everywhere project. Its goal is to facilitate safe and easy matching between volunteers and those in need. It can be used by both volunteers and people who have come to the Czech Republic from Ukraine and need support in their daily lives.
VolEver works as a community platform where people can easily connect based on their needs and abilities.
The app creates a safe space for communication and collaboration within local communities.
The app is intended especially for people from Ukraine who were forced to leave their country due to the ongoing conflict, as well as for volunteers who want to get involved in meaningful help. The app is currently available in the Czech Republic, Poland and Lithuania.
