MoreAlmost half of the refugees in the CR are experiencing anxiety and distress as a result of their difficult life situation. The global U-Report platform supported by UNICEF has offered them a helping hand.
U-Report, a digital platform launched in 2011, works as an information sharing and awareness raising tool for adolescents and their families facing emergency situations. Young people can ask questions to a chatbot to get safety recommendations, explanation of requirements and conditions of entry to host countries, their rights and humanitarian aid options in the Czech Republic and other countries.
The platform, which operates in 99 countries around the world, contributes significantly to the integration of young people and their families into host communities and their safe life there.
