The Integration Centre Prague offers the services of their intercultural experts who speak Czech and will help you for free. They will give you a specific advice on whom to contact to solve your issues, they will accompany you to school, hospital, offices, and other institutions, and help you with communication. The intercultural experts can also give you tips on how to learn Czech in the fastest way possible and how to understand the Czech culture.
