A Manual for Foreigners and Workers in Helping Professions was created as a part of the Foreign Employees on the Labour Market project of three NGOs: the Organization for Aid to Refugees, the Association for Integration and Migration, and the Multicultural Center Prague.

The aim of the document is to facilitate the integration of foreigners into the Czech society, to prevent discrimination, and to promote the principle of equal rights for everyone, regardless of their nationality. The manual pays the most attention to labour issues such as safety at work, recovery of outstanding wages, women and parents of small children in the labour market, entrepreneurship, and others. The document also includes an address book with important contacts and an annex with examples of various forms.
