Prague 13 is made up of five complete areas: Stodůlky, Lužiny, Nové Butovice, Velká Ohrada and Třebonice. This district has old buildings as well as panel housing estates and the D5 motorway, which goes to Plzeň and onto Germany, starts here. Prague 13 is well accessible by the B metro line.

The Prague 13 City District is active in promoting the integration of migrants living in Prague 13 into Czech society. The main focus is on the education of children in kindergartens and primary schools and on migrants living alongside the local Czech population.

Since 2010, this district has been organising a project called Common address – Prague 13. A regular part of this project is for example an event with an afternoon programme for children and adults called We are no Strangers. Prague 13 also offers regular Czech courses for adults and afterschool lessons for children at several kindergartens and primary schools. Information about activities within the Common address – Prague 13 project in Czech is available here.
